The weekend before Leia's birthday we met up with our friends
Mark and Allison, and their boys, Kyler and Aiden.
We stayed in Pacific City, where we had fun playing on the beach and the sand dune, but we also went down to the Newport Aquarium, where we saw some interesting sea creatures.
Eliot got to experience what it'd be like to have boys in the house. (Keep in mind that not only do we have a girl, but he also grew up with 4 sisters.)
Mark served his mission in New Caledonia a few years ago, and we got to hang out with them a little bit in May when we went back to New Caledonia, at the same time he and Kevin, another missionary came back to visit, with their wives.
It was great spending some time with them here although we wished the weather would have been a little more on the nice side!

You guys do so many fun things. And Happy Birthday Leia! Congratulations on making through the first year Sylvie. she's such a cutie.
